OBJECTIVE: Establish the Agency's first permanent operational site on 2b2t.org. The site was to function as command post, materials depot, and secure coordination point for all future GIA activities. The directive originated from the Emperor's office. The Emperor's office was, at this time, a dirt hut at .

EXECUTION: Two operatives departed spawn independently and converged at a pre-arranged waypoint approximately blocks from the world origin. Travel was conducted without enemy contact, which is noted in the field log as "suspicious." Site selection criteria were: not visible from the nether highway; accessible from the nether highway; and "somewhere nobody would look." Construction required eleven hours across two sessions. All materials were procured via standard acquisition protocols (mining). No automation infrastructure existed at the time of construction. Internal logs from this period indicate the word "temporary" was used to describe the structure on seventeen separate occasions. The structure was occupied for eight months.

RESULT: All primary objectives were met. The site was designated SITE ALPHA-1 in the Agency's internal registry and served as the primary operational anchor for the Agency's first year of activity. Its coordinates remain classified at . Operative identities are similarly redacted in accordance with standard declassification protocol: and . It is worth noting that Operation Cornerstone predates Incident Zero by months — meaning the base was built, stocked, and trusted to another party before the Agency had any formal vetting process whatsoever. This is considered, in retrospect, to have been an administrative oversight.
